Volunteer applications for Africa In Motion 2019 are now open!
Are you interested in uncovering African cinema that is rarely seen in Scotland? Do you love meeting new people and want to learn about the inside workings of a film festival?
We would love to welcome you onboard our friendly festival team for Africa in Motion 2019!
Volunteering with Africa in Motion is an incredible opportunity to have fun with like-minded people who are interested in films from Africa and the African diaspora. Now in its 14th year, the festival is known for its engaging screenings, creative special events and community fostering atmosphere. During the festival there will be the opportunity to network, attend screenings and be a valued member of the behind the scenes festival team.

The festival will take place in Glasgow and Edinburgh between 25 October and 3 November. Volunteers are a crucial part to the festival’s success and we value them greatly. No previous experience is necessary to apply, so please get involved! Travel expenses of up to £15 will be reimbursed for volunteers travelling to and from festival shifts.
