Synopsis
Described as a video essay, this documentary traces the origins and impact that Afro-futurism has had for Black people living in the diaspora. Themes of memory, history and human condition are explored. The film was created by the Black Audio Film Collective who were a group of Black artists based in the UK coming from a range of backgrounds including sociology, psychology and art.
This film is screening as part of Black to the Future.
